Assistant Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven professional to support and drive sales efforts for our water treatment product portfolio. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, operations) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to support informed decision-making.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to junior sales team members as required.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work independently to achieve assigned sales objectives and business targets.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in water treatment or related industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Water Chemicals, or Pump manufacturing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
