Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Industrial Cables
Location: Kolkata
Experience: Minimum 6+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical only)
CTC: Up to 14-15 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for the Industrial Cable vertical in the assigned territory.
- Build and manage strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, industrial clients, and channel partners.
- Ensure achievement of regional sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
- Provide technical solutions and support to customers regarding cable selection, design, and applications.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order execution.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to strengthen positioning in the region.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of industrial cables and electrical distribution products.
- Strong experience in B2B/industrial sales and channel development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results in a competitive market.
