Role: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Pune (Yerwada) Work From Office
Shift: US Shift (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 2-5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days
Role Overview:
- Lead sales efforts for assigned US-based luxury hotel clients
- Acquire and activate new accounts while increasing business from existing ones
- Manage CRM-based revenue pipeline and deliver on sales targets
- Conduct regular strategy calls with hotel leadership teams
- Drive incremental revenue and optimize ROI for partner properties
- Coordinate with internal teams for sales enablement and reporting
Preferred Candidate Background:
- Experience working with luxury hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Wyndham, etc.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets in hospitality / revenue generation roles
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
