About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Revenue Manager to join our growing team. You will analyze market trends, manage pricing strategies, and support revenue growth by maximizing income from our co-living products and services. As an Assistant Revenue Manager, you will collaborate with key departments, oversee data collection, and provide actionable insights to drive evidence-based decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track market trends, analyze data & adjust pricing to increase revenue

- Segment customers, offer competitive products & tailor strategies

- Coordinate with teams on Supply, Sales, and Marketing to optimize revenue

- Plan and execute revenue strategy for Settl. products

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Experience building and maintaining financial or forecasting models
