Assistant Relationship Manager

Department: Corporate Finance - Real Estate

Grade: AVP/DVP

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Position Purpose:

Support RM teams in deal appraisal/evaluation, documentation, disbursement, and monitoring in the Real Estate segment.

The concerned person should have:

- Understanding of evaluating Real estate project financing.

- Sound understanding of Residential, commercial, LRD, and other RE segments.

- Enterprise data/ Financial Statement analysis and understanding of financial modeling and Project Cashflows.

Position Responsibilities:

- Assisting the relationship team in originating, credit appraisal, documentation disbursement and monitoring of deals along with Balance Sheet/ Capital Structuring mandates.

- Analysing credits, preparing pitch books, interacting with clients, and coordinating with other departments to deliver bank products to clients.

- Credit analysis, risk identification, and credit presentation (credit memo).

- Portfolio monitoring and tracking of sector updates and regular industry updates to management.

- Delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank.

- Jointly work with RMs and support teams to ensure seamless credit delivery.

- Adhering to regulatory, Legal and internal policy requirements.

Qualifications And Experience Requirement:

- Qualifications: CA/MBA/CFA

- Experience: 5-7 yrs
