
The Assistant Manager Marketing (OEM) is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies that drive demand for OEM products.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and supply chain, to promote the company's products and strengthen its brand presence in the market.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a strong focus on export and international markets.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with market research tools is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and translate it into actionable insights that drive business results.
