Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the organizations programs for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive measurable marketing results across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue goals.
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, print, events, and local outreach.
- Collaborate with academic, sales, and counseling teams to design and run promotional activities.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and school outreach programs for student engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies for campaign deliverables.
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication with target audiences.
- Supervise marketing executives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in Education, FMCG, Banking, Telecom, or Healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
- Leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be preferred.
