Finance- FP&A Analyst (Asst Manager / Manager)

- Carry out budgetary control for End-to-End Costs under the direct supervision of his/her manager.

- Create and Automize Digital Manufacturing and Supply chain dashboards with key KPI's.

- Identify opportunities in order to optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken (e.g. value analysis, cost analysis, etc.)

- Primary financial responsibility of Supply chain Strategy implementation and performance measurement with effective Business partnering.

- Driving the Cost line P&L (Total and client wise) with a long-term horizon.

- Driving Cost efficiencies in Spends within Supply chain function.

- Preparation of Trends and Budgets, Short range plans and presenting the same to stakeholders.

- Study and benchmarking of costs, Head count & productivity analysis, ROI workings on key investments on regular basis.

- Provide timely analysis and inputs to CFO, Operations Director.

- Interlocutor between Corporate Finance, Supply chain, Accounting for all functional spends.

- Good knowledge in Inventory & inventory valuation and partner with Manufacturing teams for analysis of Inventory and keeping good hygiene.

- Work with transformation team in automation projects

- Handle Statutory & Internal auditors for queries and resolution.
