Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounting Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accounting advisory support, including implementation assistance with Ind AS and other international GAAPs

- Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Consultants and Associates

- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to the team

- Monitor time and manage deadlines of the assignments

- Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively

- Provide periodic technical trainings to the team members.

- Ability to perform in a client facing environment and act as the SPOC for all client related issues

- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach towards assignments

- Ability to work independently and with the team and efficiently manage projects according to strict deadlines

- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships effectively

Qualifications:

- 3-8+ years of experience in in Financial Reporting and Advisory, Accounting Advisory

- Qualified CA / ACCA

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Client facing experience is preferred

- Willingness to travel

Skills and Competencies:

- Expert technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP

- Strong report writing and review skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

- Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other computer programs.

- Extensive knowledge on presenting facts, findings and observations to interested parties, including auditors
