As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an Assistant Manager for Work Force Management to join our dedicated team.

Role Overview:


As the Assistant Manager of Work Force Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal staffing levels, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing exemplary support to various departments. This position is ideal for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical and leadership skills who can effectively manage a team and contribute to data-informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management strategies and processes to optimize staffing and operational performance.

- Analyze workforce data to forecast staffing needs and provide actionable insights for resource allocation.

- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure service levels are met and maintained across various departments.

- Oversee scheduling and staffing assignments based on real-time data and operational requirements.

- Work collaboratively with department leaders to identify and resolve operational issues that impact workforce efficiency.

- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the workforce management team to enhance skills and performance.

- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity, job satisfaction, and retention.

- Prepare and present workforce management reports and insights to senior management.

Location - Remote (Bangalore/Hyderabad)

Key Skills - Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling & Team Management (all this experience need to be in the resume)

Notice Period 0 to 20 days (max)

Note Interview(1 Round) & Induction will be in-person from Bangalore/Hyderabad

Requirements


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Experience in people management

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in workforce management in the BPO Industry or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
