We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Wellness (Projects & Sales) to drive business growth and deliver exceptional project experiences in the Kolkata region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for the wellness category including steam cabins, saunas, whirlpools, and spas across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, and builders in the Kolkata region.

- Manage end-to-end site coordination including BOQ finalization, technical alignments, and installation timelines.

- Ensure seamless project execution from design consultation to final handover with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline while tracking competitor activities and market trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams (service, design, operations) to ensure timely and quality project completion.

- Submit timely reports on sales performance, project progress, and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 5-8 years in project-based sales, preferably in wellness, luxury bath, sanitaryware, tiles, or high-end interiors.

- Strong network among architects, designers, and builders in the Kolkata market.

- Proven track record in coordinating luxury projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

- Solid technical understanding of wellness product specifications and site execution processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
