Job Title : Assistant Manager - International BPO (US Debt Settlement Process)

Location : Gurugram


Employment Type : Full-time


Experience Required : 5-7 years (minimum 3 years in a leadership role within an International Voice/Sales Process)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and performance-focused Assistant Manager to lead our US Debt Settlement sales team. The ideal candidate is a highly enthusiastic sales leader who can inspire, guide, and elevate team performance while maintaining strong process discipline and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales advisors working on the US Debt Settlement process.


- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with a strong focus on conversions.

- Monitor team performance through regular audits, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.

- Analyze daily KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement effective action plans.

- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Training, QA, HR, WFM) for smooth operations.

- Conduct performance reviews, manage escalations, and support employee development.

- Maintain a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales environment.

- Contribute to process improvements and workforce optimization initiatives.

- Prepare and share accurate MIS/reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of total experience in International BPO, with strong exposure to US voice or US Debt Settlement processes.

- Proven experience as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager handling outbound sales teams.

- Excellent people management, coaching, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical abilities with deep understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate teams, manage pressure, and consistently meet aggressive sales targets.

- Process-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience specifically in US Debt Settlement or similar debt-related programs.

- High enthusiasm, passion for sales, and a "lead by example" attitude.

- Ability to adapt quickly to business needs and drive operational excellence.
