Assistant Manager - UAE Corporate Tax

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / ACCA / Mcom

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Corporate Tax Professional with experience in UAE Corporate Tax and International Taxation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate tax compliance, tax advisory, tax research, and OECD BEPS/Pillar Two projects. The role requires working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.

Corporate Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and review UAE Corporate Tax returns and tax computations.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate tax compliance assignments.

- Prepare supporting schedules and analyze financial documentation for tax reporting.

- Assist in preparing tax accounting computations and tax disclosures for financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and internal quality standards.

International Tax & Advisory:

- Apply technical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax legislation in client engagements.

- Conduct technical research on UAE and International Tax matters.

- Support advisory assignments relating to corporate tax planning and restructuring.

- Work on corporate tax projects involving OECD BEPS and Pillar Two guidelines.

- Analyze international tax issues and recommend practical tax solutions.

Research & Technical Support:

- Perform tax research and prepare well-supported technical memorandums.

- Interpret UAE Corporate Tax legislation and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

- Identify tax risks, opportunities, and compliance issues.

- Keep updated with changes in UAE Tax laws and international tax developments.

Client Management:

- Participate in client meetings and discuss tax matters.

- Support managers in preparing billing proposals and project documentation.

- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure assignments are completed in accordance with firm quality standards.

- Complete all mandatory compliance and professional training.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
