Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Treasury role is a critical position within the finance department, responsible for managing the company's cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations. This role involves working closely with internal teams, including accounting, finance, and supply chain, as well as external banking partners. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in optimizing cash management processes, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring efficient utilization of the company's financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.

- Execute foreign exchange transactions to mitigate currency risk and optimize hedging strategies.

- Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure seamless banking operations.

- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to support informed decision-making and optimize working capital.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.

- Support the implementation of treasury technology solutions to automate and streamline processes.

- Prepare treasury reports and presentations for management review.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage cash flow, banking relationships, and foreign exchange transactions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of treasury management systems and banking platforms.

- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 1-8 years of relevant experience in treasury management or corporate finance.
