JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing end-to-end tasks pertaining to:

- Preparation and execution of Income tax returns for Corporates;

- Preparation and execution of tax audit reports for Corporates

- Preparation and execution of Form no. 3CEB and master files for corporates

- Preparation and execution of TP documentation and memo

Supporting partners in assessment and litigation tasks involving:

- Preparation of technical submissions for corporate tax assessments and transfer pricing assessments

- Preparation of appeals to be filed with CIT(A) and ITAT

- Handling penalty proceedings and stay proceedings

- Conducting technical research

Supporting the partners on:

- Corporate tax advisory projects

- Transfer pricing advisory projects

- International tax advisory projects

- Withholding advisory

- Handling a team of energetic qualified and semi qualified (between 4 to 8 team members)

- Having good theoretical and some practical knowledge of regulations evolving in UAE.

Contribute to Firm's initiatives focused on preparing and releasing on technical updates / newsletters etc
