About the Role:
Role requires professionals with hands-on experience in transaction execution, due diligence, and valuations. You will independently manage engagements, lead associates, and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory mandates.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, projections, and valuation models.
- Support clients in transaction negotiations and deal documentation.
- Advise clients on deal structuring, capital raising, PE/VC investments, and IPO readiness.
- Manage client relationships with promoters, investors, and corporates, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead a team of Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Prepare reports, investor presentations, and pitch decks for clients.
- Participate in business development, including client pitches and knowledge-building initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-9 years of professional experience in transactions advisory, due diligence, or corporate finance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (Mandatory).
- MBA (Finance) / CFA (added advantage)
- Proficiency in valuation methods, deal structuring, business modelling, and financial statement analysis.
- Exposure to PE/VC transactions, IPO-linked diligence, REIT/InvIT, SME
M&A is preferred:
- Ability to independently manage projects and client interactions.
- Hands-on MS power point, word and excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
