Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Manager Training, Learning & Development to lead our organizational learning strategy and drive impactful talent development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a powerful combination of strategic insight, delivery excellence, and leadership capabilitysupported by experience in corporate branding, strategic positioning, and organizational restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the companys long-term goals and brand positioning.
- Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across functions and leadership levels.
- Drive corporate learning initiatives that support transformation, change management, and organizational restructuring.
- Champion the employer brand through internal and external learning platforms, events, and leadership development.
- Establish strategic partnerships with external training vendors and thought leaders to bring cutting-edge learning solutions.
- Embed a learning culture across the organization through coaching frameworks, e-learning, and talent pipelines.
- Lead a high-performing team of L&D professionals, ensuring strong people management, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Track key performance metrics, learner engagement, and ROI to continually optimize learning impact.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; certifications in L&D or coaching preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in L&D, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in corporate branding, strategic positioning, and driving transformation initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence organizational change.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with presence, confidence, and credibility
