Job Title: AM Tender management.

Location: Mumbai (preferred).

About the Role:

We are hiring a AM Tender management to support tender and bid-related activities.

The role requires strong financial analysis skills, data extraction from enterprise systems, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

- Extract & validate financial data from ERP systems (AMS-Emerge, SARB, SAIBA, JDE).

- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance & Claims teams for bid due diligence.

- Compile, format, and upload bid-related data to portals.

- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.

Requirements:

- CA or MBA (Finance).

- 5-7 years experience in financial analysis within insurance, banking, or consulting.

- Hands-on experience with tender/RFP/bidding processes.

- Strong Excel skills; Power BI exposure preferred.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
