Designation : Assistant Manager Tax and litigation

Location: Bangalore (Chamarajpet)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualification- CA or Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting Replies to Notices: Prepare accurate and timely responses to legal and tax notices from authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Attending Personal Hearings: Represent clients during personal hearings, articulating their positions clearly and effectively to the authorities.

- Preparing and Filing Appeals: Develop and submit appeals for clients, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and submitted within deadlines, and that the arguments presented are well-founded.

- Drafting Opinions on Tax Matters: Analyze complex tax issues and provide clear, concise written opinions for clients to aid in their understanding and decision-making.

- Assisting in Client-Authority Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients and relevant authorities, ensuring that clients' inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Lawyer.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in tax law, compliance, or related areas.

- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and legal procedures.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.

- Proficient in legal and tax research, drafting documents, and using relevant software tools.
