Description: Hiring Assistant Manager Audit and Tax

Qualification:

- CA with minimum 2 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience

- Strong experience in Direct Taxation, Audit, Compliance, Finance and Accounts

- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

Job Purpose:

To lead audit and tax activities including preparation of financial statements, tax workings, income tax compliance, coordination with auditors and ensuring accurate statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of plant wise financial statements as per applicable GAAP

- Quarterly advance tax workings and financial models

- Timely income tax compliance including return filing and tax audit

- Maintain litigation tracker and support in income tax assessments

- Coordinate with statutory and tax auditors for audits and certifications

- Review of TDS statements and provide responses within timelines

- Support management with financial documentation and required reporting

Qualification and Experience: CA

- Knowledge of IGAAP, Ind AS, Income Tax and Tax Laws

- Experience in statutory audits, income tax compliance and financial reporting

- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and stakeholder coordination
