
- A fast-growing healthcare services organization with Pan-India & Middle East presence is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to own end-to-end hiring for sales & service roles at scale.
- This is a leadership-heavy, execution-first role - ideal for someone who has built hiring engines, managed volumes, and led teams under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition (sourcing - onboarding)
- Lead high-volume hiring for turnkey projects + steady replacement hiring
- Manage and mentor a team of 8 recruiters across India
- Partner closely with business leaders on annual workforce planning
- Track & publish recruitment metrics, drive continuous improvement
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing & networking
- Drive employer branding & social media hiring initiatives
- Manage vendors, job portals & ATS effectively
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate in HR / Psychology
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with minimum 2 years in team leadership
- Strong exposure to sales & service hiring (healthcare preferred)
- Hands-on with ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn, vendor management
- Comfortable with targets, timelines & high-pressure hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
