Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Process for various business units

- Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.

- Building pipeline, interview coordination

- Ensuring timely closure of mandates.

Desired profile:

- Excellent account management/ stakeholder management skills

- Keen strategist who can introduce new recruitment techniques like head-hunting, industry mapping, etc.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Expert in handling niche & top management positions.

- One consulting stint

- Knowledge of excel: Elementary level (lookups, Pivot and Macros)

Education: MBA's / Postgraduate
