Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition 1. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. 2. Work judiciously towards time and revenue saving solutions for recruitment. Will meet quarterly targets on Revenue saving by building networks to find qualified passive candidates 3. Developing creative recruitment solutions and interviewing plan for a quick turnaround. 4. Working on providing professional support on recruitment to line and departmental managers 5. Quarterly Mapping of requirements across all regions. 6. Preparing job descriptions and person specifications 7. Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised 8. Designing or revising Application / Joining forms/ Interview Forms 9. Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants 10. Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities 11. Verification /Reference check of the employees 12. Coordinate with Vendors and carry out yearly assessments. 13. Help HR Head for development of policies on issues such as Recruitment Process, Induction Process and Campus Recruitment process. 14. Weekly and Monthly MIS on all Recruitment activities, Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters, Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite, Assist in preparing and sending offer packages, Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages, Perform other special projects as assigned.
