About the Role
This is a strategic plus execution-heavy role for an HR professional who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and influencing culture. You'll partner closely with leadership to drive key HR priorities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with HR leadership to shape and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Lead projects across competency frameworks, performance systems, and engagement programs.
3. Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and org design.
4. Collaborate with business heads on talent reviews, budgeting, and capability mapping.
5. Drive cultural initiatives and internal communication efforts.
6. Analyze HR data and dashboards to derive insights and drive decisions.
7. Guide and mentor HR team members, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
2. Deep understanding of HR processes and frameworks.
3. Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable plans.
4. Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic or lead role.
- Experience in IT, Consulting, or Professional Services is preferred.
