Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements for diverse clients to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and timely completion of financial reporting.
- Analyze complex financial statements and accounting treatments to identify discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and GAAP frameworks.
- Manage and mentor a team of audit associates, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to maintain high standards of audit quality.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to streamline audit workflows and resolve technical accounting queries efficiently.
Required Skillset:
- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a strong foundation in accounting principles and statutory audit procedures.
- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in IFRS and GAAP, with the ability to apply these standards to complex business scenarios.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Showcase a proven ability to manage multiple audit timelines simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
