Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Statutory Audit professional to join our Delhi NCR team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will lead complex audit engagements, ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory standards while providing actionable financial insights to our diverse portfolio of clients.


You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage audit lifecycles, mentor junior associates, and maintain high standards of reporting accuracy. Your work will directly influence the financial integrity of our clients, helping them navigate regulatory landscapes and fostering trust with their stakeholders through transparent and precise financial disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end statutory audits for a diverse client base to ensure strict adherence to Indian Accounting Standards and Companies Act requirements.

- Lead and supervise field audit teams, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit reports.

- Manage direct communication with client management and stakeholders to resolve complex accounting queries and address audit findings effectively.

- Perform detailed risk assessments and internal control evaluations to identify potential financial discrepancies and recommend robust mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline audit processes, ensuring that all documentation meets both firm quality standards and statutory filing deadlines.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Statutory Audit and financial reporting, with a deep understanding of current regulatory frameworks and auditing standards.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate audit teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes professional growth and technical excellence.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while managing expectations during high-pressure audit cycles.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 9 years of relevant professional experience in a reputed audit firm.

- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment across Delhi NCR, maintaining efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines.
