Assistant Manager - Statutory Audit - CA

Position: Statutory Audit

Immediate joiners preferred

- Assistant Manager only for CA

Location: Mumbai (Dahisar, West)

Key Responsibilities for Statutory Audit:

- Conduct statutory audits of corporate entities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

- Prepare and review financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)

- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary

- Perform audit procedures, including testing, documentation, and reporting of key audit findings

- Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other statutory requirements

Salary: Compensation will be based on work exposure and in line with industry standards
