The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits, with a strong understanding of Indian regulatory and financial reporting frameworks. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end statutory audits for Indian entities in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and auditing standards. - Review and finalize financial statements, working papers, and audit deliverables. - Identify audit risks, assess internal controls, and recommend process improvements. - Supervise and mentor team members; ensure timely and high-quality audit execution. - Maintain regular client communication and manage expectations effectively. - Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing regulations applicable to Indian entities. - Ensure compliance with firm methodologies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. - Support business development initiatives through quality service delivery and relationship building. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Mandatory: Chartered Accountant with 36 years of experience in statutory audit for the India Practice. - Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Indian GAAP, and Companies Act, 2013. - Proven experience in handling audits for listed and private companies. - Strong communication, team management, and analytical skills. - Proficient in MS Office tools and audit documentation platforms. - Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality results under pressure. - Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods are highly preferred.
