We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager Sales (Shower Enclosures) to join our growing team in Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Shower Enclosures in Ludhiana & surrounding regions.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and dealers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Execute promotional activities, market development initiatives, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing, installation, and after-sales service.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-6 years of sales experience in building materials, sanitary ware, glass fittings, or allied industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to fieldwork.
- Local market knowledge of Punjab (Ludhiana region) preferred.
