- Sr. Executive: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with strong hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to source and attract diverse candidates across roles, levels, and functions.
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Naukri).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
