- Partner with hiring managers to create tailored job descriptions and interview frameworks to identify the best-fit candidates.

- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term organizational needs.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws in all hiring processes.

- Drive employer branding initiatives, ensuring [Your Company Name] is recognized as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

- Assistant Manager: 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive strategic hiring.

- Sr. Executive: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with strong hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

- Proven ability to source and attract diverse candidates across roles, levels, and functions.

- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Naukri).

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Sound understanding of employment regulations and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
