
Reporting to Head HR
Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Laws, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in plant HR & statutory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws & statutory regulations.
- Strong in documentation, compliance tracking & reporting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in unionized setups is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and compliance management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, and Contract Labour , Regulation and Abolition Act.
- Manage statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.
- Maintain HR records, registers, and documentation as per the factories act.
- Liaise with government authorities during audits and inspections.
- Oversee contractor management and ensure all legal documentation is in place.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union-related matters (if any).
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction & engagement at plant level.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports on attendance, leave & statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Corporate HR for policy updates and implementation.
