
Description:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for shower enclosure products in Mumbai region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and order closures with clients and dealers.
- Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to stay updated on market trends.
- Organize product presentations, demos, and promotional activities for brand awareness.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales & Marketing specialization).
- 5-8 years of experience in sales of shower enclosures, bath fittings, sanitaryware, or glass products.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, and dealers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
