
- Drive revenue performance for Faucets, Cisterns, Sanitaryware, and Premium Lighting segments (outdoor, indoor, decorative lighting, and switches)
- Monitor and improve key product performance across Faucets, Sanitaryware, and Premium Lighting Solutions (PLS)
- Support dealer growth by providing training, resolving operational issues, and ensuring optimal product display, branding, and merchandising at showrooms
- Conduct focused customer engagement programs, including World visits, Orientation Centre (OC) visits, Display Showroom (DS) engagements, and factory visits to generate prospects and enhance brand awareness
- Educate dealers and their sales staff on product features, USPs, competitive benchmarking, and value propositions
- Ensure strict price discipline and brand hygiene across all dealer counters
- Personally handle customers at dealer counters to demonstrate effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up until conversion using company-provided CRM/software
- Generate and follow up on leads from dealers, trade customers, and plumbers to drive consistent sales growth
- Organize and conduct plumber meets and technical training sessions to ensure correct installation practices and product familiarity
- Introduce and educate dealers on new product launches, modifications, and updates
- Promote the use of dealer portals for issue resolution and access to updated product and policy information
- Ensure dealers issue warranty certificates to every customer and educate them on warranty benefits and after-sales support
- Coordinate with customer care teams to resolve issues related to supplies, sales processes, policies, and service concerns
- Facilitate visits of key stakeholders to Orientation Centres and factories to enhance understanding of manufacturing capabilities and product range
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders through regular interactions, support, and engagement
