
Description: Assistant Manager Sales (Retail)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales performance across Faucets, Sanitaryware, Cisterns & HWS to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and grow RD/RSD network, including key account ownership and new RD onboarding.
- Ensure dealer productivity with focus on expansion, visibility, and brand hygiene at retail outlets.
- Train and guide RD/RSD sales teams to improve conversion and market execution.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and promotions; resolve supply and sales-related issues.
- Strengthen dealer relationships and develop a strong retail dealer/customer pipeline.
Key Competencies:
- Proven retail sales leadership and dealer management skills.
- Strong understanding of the building materials / sanitaryware industry.
- Ability to drive market expansion, team performance, and operational excellence.
