We are looking for a driven and performance-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales (Pharma) to support sales growth across assigned territories. The role involves managing key accounts, driving prescription generation, and supporting field sales teams to achieve business targets while strengthening brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance and achieve targets for assigned products and territories

- Support and guide Medical Representatives to improve field effectiveness

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and stockists

- Execute promotional strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

- Ensure effective coverage, call planning, and territory management

- Monitor secondary sales, inventory levels, and distributor performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- Proven experience in field sales, territory management, and key account handling

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven, competitive environment
