
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager Sales at KBD Talent Forge, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the manufacturing and automotive industries in the Pune region. You will work closely with the sales team, business development managers, and client stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role directly impacts the company's revenue generation and market share expansion by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory, focusing on the manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the client base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing KBD Talent Forge's value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure timely and effective talent solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights to the management team.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in key account management, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process and the needs of the manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
