
JOB PROFILE:
- To educate dealers on Jaquar Hot Water Solutions (HWS), its purpose, advantages and benefits
- To give sales training to the dealers sales staff educating them on selling arguments for HWS
- To take other important customers leads from the dealers who visited for follow up at dealers counters
- Along with the CBS subordinate, to introduce & educate the dealers & their sales staff about the new products modifications done in HWS products
- To support dealers & resolve their issues related to supplies, sales,policies, Customer Care & other issues related to HWS
- To educate dealers on the benefits of issuing warranty certificates for all customers
- To educate dealers on OC support available to them & to set target for each dealer to send customers to OC
- To bring customers to OC
- To bring customers to plant
- To do at least 100 productive meetings per month with external customers
- To ensure the branch's revenue genertaion targets for HWS in line with Counters Market Potential Mapping
