We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to drive patient referral sales through strategic engagement with doctors and healthcare professionals across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in referral marketing within a multi-specialty hospital setup and demonstrate a proven ability to increase inpatient footfall through targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Doctor Networking & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners to generate patient referrals.
- Identify key referring doctors based on their specialty, patient volume, and potential to contribute to our inpatient admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, visits, and maintain consistent engagement with referral sources.
Revenue Generation & Business Growth:
- Increase inpatient admissions and drive revenue growth by promoting.
- Ensure consistent and measurable increase in patient referrals month-on-month.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at the referring doctor community.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure outreach initiatives have a wide reach and impact.
Field Activities & Promotions:
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meets, and awareness programs to strengthen engagement and visibility.
- Ensure timely dissemination of Center updates, new treatments, success stories, and doctor profiles to referring partners.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities in the referral space and gather feedback from the market to fine-tune strategies.
- Report insights and updates to the Head of Department for strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in referral sales or doctor marketing, preferably in a multi-specialty hospital or similar healthcare setup.
- Strong existing network of doctors and clinics in Bangalore.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally as part of doctor engagement and field marketing.
