Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with leads through calls, emails, chat, and social media.
- Manage leads by addressing queries and counselling students on available courses, leading to conversions.
- Advise students about programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and associated costs.
- Ensure end-to-end sales closures as per assigned targets.
- Manage document compliance related to the admission process.
- Maintain and update databases of leads, communication logs, and feedback.
- Track and maintain call-to-conversion ratios.
- Analyse sales insights and share feedback on acceptor/rejector criteria.
- Generate referrals and strengthen lead pipelines.
