Role Overview:
- As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring strong brand visibility in the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in channel sales within the paints, construction materials, or real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and builders.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities and customer needs.
- Execute effective sales promotion activities to enhance product visibility and brand recall.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Provide timely market intelligence reports and sales forecasts to management
