Assistant Manager - Retention Marketing
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented CRM Marketing Manager with a knack for creating engaging and data-driven customer experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) and push marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
You'll use a blend of creativity and analytics to develop personalized journeys, collaborate with key stakeholders, and innovate new ways to connect with our customers.
What Youll Do:
- Optimize Campaigns: Enhance and refine push and CRM campaigns using intelligent segmentation and rigorous A/B testing to improve key metrics and user engagement.
- Create Personalized Journeys: Design and implement data-driven, personalized customer journeys that guide users through their lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with category and brand teams to ensure a balanced and effective communication strategy that provides maximum visibility without overwhelming the user.
- Innovate & Elevate: Develop and introduce new campaign templates, interactive formats, and communication touchpoints to keep our CRM efforts fresh and engaging.
- Leverage Site Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within our website and app to strengthen CRM performance and drive user interaction.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or push marketing.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Creativity: A creative flair and an eye for detail, with a knack for crafting engaging and compelling communications.
