
Assistant Manager - Recruitment - IT Services & Consulting Firm

Role Overview:
- The Assistant Manager - Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities with a strong focus on blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements across industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
- The role involves coordinating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- This position requires hands-on recruitment execution along with team coordination and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle bulk and blue-collar hiring requirements across Construction, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements, timelines, and role specifications
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and recruitment status updates
- Lead and support recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets
- Maintain recruitment MIS, track closures, and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and bulk hiring processes
- Excellent client handling, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under tight hiring deadlines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in staffing or consulting firms
- Prior exposure to Construction, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing hiring is mandatory
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
