What You'll Do:

- Lead procurement of niche, hard-to-find electronic components

- Build strong supplier relationships locally & globally

- Ensure inventory is always optimized to meet project deadlines

- Negotiate contracts to balance cost savings and quality

- Maintain compliance with aerospace & industry standards

- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and finance teams

What You Bring:

- 8+ years in electronic component procurement or stores management

- Bachelor's in Electronics (Supply Chain qualification is a plus)

- Deep knowledge of aerospace & defence procurement standards

- Strong negotiation & supplier management skills

- Experience with international sourcing and logistics
