Assistant Manager - Product Management - Energy Sector

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive business growth and market participation in the Energy segment (Power, Natural Gas, and Oil). The role involves business development, stakeholder engagement, product strategy, and expanding the adoption of Energy derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and market expansion across the Energy ecosystem.

- Build relationships with energy companies, trading firms, and institutional participants.

- Increase trading volumes and market participation in Energy derivatives.

- Support product development and market strategy.

- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments.

- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in Energy Markets, Commodity Markets, Power Trading, Oil & Gas, Financial Markets, or Commodity Exchanges.

- Strong experience in business development, institutional sales, or relationship management.

- Good understanding of Energy Derivatives, Commodity Markets, and Financial Markets.

- Knowledge of SEBI, CERC, and PNGRB regulations is preferred.

- MBA/Postgraduate in Energy Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
