About the Role
Nath Outsourcing Solutions (NOS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Practice Excellence Assistant Manager to support and elevate the performance of our US Healthcare clients. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions, acting as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize billing, collections, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing, AR, and collections processes.
- Identify gaps, design solutions, and implement process improvement strategies to enhance practice performance.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RCM, productivity, and financial outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to operations teams to achieve performance targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 7+ years of experience in the US Healthcare industry.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct client-facing experience (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, including billing, AR, collections, and compliance.
- Proven experience in process optimization, performance management, and operational excellence.
- Hands-on experience with practice management and billing systems such as Kareo, eClinicalWorks (eCW), Caretracker, Athena, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
