Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Finance preferred) from a reputed institute (Tier 1/Tier 2 preferred)
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in:
1. Urban Development / Infrastructure Advisory
2. Real Estate Consulting / Transaction Advisory
- Strong proficiency in Financial Modelling (Advanced Excel)
- Prior experience working with government clients / PPP projects will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of consulting engagements for urban infrastructure, smart cities, and housing projects across state and local government bodies
- Assist in PPP project structuring and transaction advisory, including feasibility analysis and bid process management
- Develop and review financial models for:
1. Project feasibility
2. Investment evaluation
3. Funding and financing structures
- Work closely with government departments on:
1. Procurement processes (RFQ/RFP)
2. Bid management and evaluation
3. End-to-end project lifecycle support
- Contribute to PPP frameworks, risk allocation, and concession structuring
- Support real estate and infrastructure advisory assignments, including:
1. Market research & demand assessment
2. Sector analysis and benchmarking
- Assist in drafting key project documents:
1. Concession agreements
2. Transaction documents
3. Bid process documentation
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, including government officials, private developers, and financial institutions
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel-based financial modeling expertise
- Understanding of PPP frameworks and infrastructure financing
- Familiarity with government procurement and policy ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project consulting environments
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in Smart Cities Mission / AMRUT / PMAY / State Urban Projects
- Exposure to multilateral-funded projects (World Bank, ADB, etc.)
- Knowledge of UP state government processes is an added advantage
