Assistant Manager - Portfolio Valuations - Investment Banking

Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end valuation engagements involving illiquid investments and equity valuation portfolios.

- Review valuation analyses and evaluate third-party valuation reports.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of valuation projects.

- Mentor and guide valuation professionals within the team.

- Manage project workflows, resource utilization, and stakeholder communication.

- Act as the primary point of contact for global teams and project stakeholders.

- Support recruitment, performance management, training, and team development initiatives.

- Contribute to process improvement and team-level strategic initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education : CA / CFA / MBA (Finance & Investment Management)

Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in portfolio valuations, investment valuations, or business valuation roles.

- Strong understanding of equity valuation methodologies and valuation review processes.

- Prior experience managing teams and client/stakeholder interactions preferred.
