Position Title: Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Senior IR & Factory HR)

Industry: FMCG - Food Manufacturing

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Reporting To: HR Head / Plant Head

Education: Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management from a reputed institute

Experience: 10-12+ years of strong HR experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Process Industry, with deep hands-on exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), union handling, factory HR operations, contract labour management, statutory compliance, wage settlements, and employee relations.

Language Requirement: Marathi - Mandatory (spoken and written)
