Assistant Manager - Plant Finance - CA/CMA

Title: Assistant Manager- Finance

Reporting To: Plant Finance Head

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Education:

- CA with 1-2 Years of Experience. (Post Qualification)

- CMA with 3-4 Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for Smooth Closing, Hygiene of Books of Accounts and Fixed Asset Register

2. Assisting the Plant Controller to analysis Budgets and Forecasts

3. Ensure timely monthly closing with detailed accruals review.

4. Ensuring completion of multiple reporting as per group guidelines and within timelines specified by group.

5. Strengthening Internal controls in spends carried out at plant.

6. Regular review of Stocks in transit, Stock on hand and ageing of inventory to ensure hygiene of books and achieve the desired KPIs.

7. Assisting Plant Internal Control to strengthen the Internal Controls in plant and handling Audit (Statutory and Internal audit for applicable areas under controlling).

8. Active contribution in new initiatives and drive simplification and automation of reports.

9. Maintain system of controls for overall transactions.

10. Inventory Reconciliation and Valuation analysis

Key Competencies:

- Well, versed with Accounting Polices and INDAS

- Working Knowledge of SAP

- Good Knowledge MS Office, Excel & PPTs.

- Self-Starter and Initiator

- Good analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of advanced excel and power BI would be an added advantage.
