Job Title: Assistant Manager Performance Marketing

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly focused on app installs and user acquisition, preferably within the D2C or e-commerce space.

1. App Install Campaigns:

- Plan and execute paid app install campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, programmatic platforms, and OEMs.

- Optimize cost per install (CPI), retention, and ROAS to improve efficiency.


- Coordinate with creative teams to A/B test ad creatives and messaging for better engagement.

2. Install Optimization & Performance Reporting:

- Track organic and inorganic installs, analyzing key funnel metrics like activation rates and retention.

- Implement campaign tracking and attribution using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, etc. ).

- Generate detailed performance reports, identifying trends and actionable insights for growth.

3. Affiliate Marketing:

- Manage affiliate partners and networks to drive app installs and customer acquisitions.

- Monitor fraud prevention mechanisms to ensure quality traffic from affiliates.

- Negotiate with partners to optimize payout structures and maximize ROI.

4. NCA (New Initiative and Adoption:

- Drive new customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels.

- Experiment with emerging platforms and ad formats to scale reach.

- Align with cross-functional teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns.

5. NCA Efficiency by Channel:

- Evaluate NCA performance across channels (paid social, search, display, affiliates, etc. ).

- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while maintaining LTV (Lifetime Value) benchmarks.

- Identify high-performing channels and scale budgets accordingly.
